Song of the Mountains is reaching a national radio audience from originating station, WETS-FM, from the campus of East Tennessee State University. WETS-FM distributes a weekly broadcast of Song of the Mountains via the PRX network to other public radio stations in the U.S. The weekly broadcast of the show airs Saturdays at 1 p.m. on 89.5 WETS-FM. 

 

Underwritten by founding supporters, the Johnson City TN Convention and Visitors Bureau and East Tennessee State University, Song of the Mountains broadcasts opens the doors to the wonderment of our region and to the many unique programs and degrees available at the four-year university.
